Alongside her husband, Dr. Jason Guerrero, she co-founded Regency Church in Whittier, CA where she now serves as overseer while Jim and Renee Cutter lead as Sr. Pastors. Cathy’s visionary leadership extends to her role as the founder of Life Builder Seminars, a transformative platform dedicated to equipping and empowering women to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and strength. Her engaging and insightful conference talks, infused with wisdom and humor, have made her a sought-after speaker, captivating diverse audiences. Rooted in a genuine love for people Cathy’s ministry is defined by a deep commitment to character.

Additionally, she holds a Bachelors degree in Theology, a Master of Arts in Professional Christian Counseling, and a Doctorate from Vision Christian College in Ramona, CA. Prior to her full-time ministry commitment Cathy thrived as a successful business owner for over 18 years.

Her impactful ministry extends both nationally and internationally, touching lives in the Philippines, New Zealand, Fiji, Japan, South America, and West Africa.
